“Jazz” (“At the mercy of jazz”) was painted in 2017 for an exhibition on the theme of jazz at the Art Museum in Cherkasy.
At school you are given tasks. When you grow up, they are given at work. But artists invent tasks for themselves: they are pushed by events around them, life, the weather, adventures. And sometimes artists gather together to see each other and invent themes. This time the theme was jazz.
